Gain the fundamental skills you need for business school with CORe.
The Credential of Readiness (CORe) program is our primer on the fundamentals of business thinking. Comprised of three online courses—Business Analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics for Managers—the CORe program is designed to get students ready for their MBA curriculum. Using the same content offered to incoming Harvard MBA students to help them prepare for their coursework, CORe will provide you with the essential concepts you need to excel in business school. Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting are also available as individual certificate programs.

Stories from Our Learners
MBA candidate, Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University
“I think that the case study method of CORe helped me prepare for my MBA program. The way the material is presented really helped me understand the details of the cases covered and how to think through case studies as I analyze them in my MBA classes now.”
MBA candidate, Harvard Business School
“If you’re considering CORe prior to beginning an MBA program and you don’t have a background in economics, finance, accounting, and statistics, I strongly recommend it. It was certainly worthwhile for me!”
MBA candidate, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
“CORe gave me a new lens through which I could look at the world. I applied what I learned right away at work and continue to apply it now in business school.”
